  2. Next,fry the chicken leg piece in a sufficient oil. Fry till it's golden brown.and keep aside till the masala is ready..
  3. Now,keep all the ingredients given,roast the zeera, and cardamom,cloves,for a min and transfer it to a blender into a powder paste.Meantime,make a paste of ginger garlic,and green chillies..
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai,fry the chopped onions,add turmeric,and stir for sometime.Next add tomato puree,and saute,then add ginger garlic and chilli paste and fry for sometim till it turn soft..
  5. Then, add all the masala given,along with 2 tsp curd and add salt as per taste mix it properly. And saute for a while.and then add honey.Roast cardamon,cloves,and zeera powder cook for a while till all the masala is cooked..
  6. Next add the fried leg pieces,over the masala gravy and mix properly till all the spices coated well with the tangri. Add the mint paste over it and Cook for next 10 min till it's done well..
  7. Sweet and spicy masala tangri chicken is ready to serve wirh rice.Garnish it with coriander leaves..
