  1. Take legs and marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,tandoori masala,and lemon juice marinate for atls for 3_4hrs then take a grill pan and grill it and do dhungar.
  2. Then take pan put oil put chopped garlic then put saute til the colur change to brown then put schezwan sauce,soya sauce,tomato sauce,red chilli sauce,green chilli sauce blackpeper powder, then put capsicum,onion and spring onion mix everythng put 1cup water and cook for atlst 10mins.
  3. Wash and soak basmati rice and cook with some salt and pepper and remove.
  4. Then take vessel put oil add 2dry red chilli then put 1tbsp crushed garlic and saute then put 4sliced onions and do birista and remove.
  5. Then again take the vessel put oil crackle sum garlic ginger put schezwan sauce,soya sauce,tandoori masala,garam masala and put the cooked rice and saute then put sliced capsicum and sliced onion and in middle middle put birista and toss well and put some spring onion.
  6. Then take thaal put rice put leg piece on top put gravy then on top garnish with leftover birista,top with boiled eggs,carrots, cucumber,round ring onions.
